Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities-
1. Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, and selection)
2. Manage job postings on job portals and social media
3. Conduct HR interviews and finalize candidates
4. Handle on boarding and joining formalities
5. Manage payroll, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations
- Good knowledge of payroll, ESI, PF, and statutory compliance
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Pay: ₹25,068.36 - ₹40,313.98 per month
