Role Purpose Statement
We are searching for a talented Supply planner to ensure our company’s operations are timely, efficient, and cost-effective. He will assist in all supply planning duties including understanding future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and production planning and distribution of FG from Factories to distribution centers and will also co ordinate closely with Plant, logistics and sales to meet forecasted demand.
Main Accountabilities
Develop and optimize supply planning strategies to ensure timely availability of raw materials (e.g., crude oils, packing material etc ) and finished products, minimizing stockouts and excess inventory.
Build advanced demand forecasting models using historical data, market trends, and statistical tools to support production scheduling.
Leverage Power BI, Excel (advanced), SQL, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for real-time dashboards, scenario analysis, and KPI reporting on supply chain metrics like fill rates and lead times.
Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align supply plans with business goals and handle disruptions (e.g., price volatility in oil markets).
Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights, reducing costs and enhancing efficiency in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Knowledge and Skills
5-8 years in supply planning, preferably in edible oils/FMCG with exposure to perishables or commodities
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Engineering; MBA or CPIM certification preferred
Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to thrive in dynamic, high-volume operations

Education & Experience
5-8 years in supply planning, preferably in edible oils/FMCG with exposure to perishables or commodities
Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Engineering; MBA or CPIM certification preferred
