We are looking for a skilled Plumbing BIM Modeler – Irrigation with 2–4 years of experience in developing and coordinating irrigation BIM models for landscape and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D, along with practical knowledge of landscape irrigation systems and BIM workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for irrigation and plumbing systems using Revit.
- Prepare irrigation layouts, pipe networks, schedules, and detailed construction drawings.
- Utilize Civil 3D for site coordination, grading, and integration of irrigation networks with civil infrastructure.
- Coordinate with landscape, civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines to resolve design clashes.
- Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks (preferred).
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and LOD specifications.
- Update BIM models based on design revisions and site coordination comments.
- Generate quantity take-offs and support project documentation as required.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of experience as a Plumbing BIM Modeler with a focus on Irrigation.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Mandatory: Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D.
- Mandatory: Good understanding of Landscape Irrigation Systems (pipe networks, sprinkler systems, drip irrigation, valves, pump connections, etc.).
- Experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with Navisworks and AutoCAD is an added advantage.
