Location: Noida (On-site)
Experience: 6 months-2years
Work Days: 5days (Sunday and Monday FIXED OFF)
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
- Understand candidates' educational and career aspirations.
- Recommend suitable programs and explain their benefits.
- Guide applicants through the admission and enrollment process.
- Address queries and maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
- Consistently achieve admission and enrollment targets.
- Build strong relationships with prospective learners.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in counseling, telesales, inside sales, EdTech, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
