About the Role
Sanskar Central School Nandeli is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and visionary Head Mistress to lead the academic and administrative operations of the school. The selected candidate will function with powers and responsibilities equivalent to those of a Principal and will be responsible for maintaining high standards of education, discipline, staff management, and overall school development.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership
- Monitor and improve teaching-learning processes.
- Ensure CBSE guidelines and academic standards are followed.
- Supervise lesson planning, assessments, and student performance.
- Conduct classroom observations and teacher evaluations.
- Plan academic calendars, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
Administrative Management
- Oversee day-to-day school operations.
- Maintain discipline among students and staff.
- Ensure proper implementation of school policies.
- Manage school records, documentation, and compliance requirements.
Staff Management
- Guide, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular meetings and professional development sessions.
- Recommend recruitment and staff development initiatives.
Parent & Community Relations
- Conduct PTMs and interact with parents.
- Address parent concerns and student welfare issues.
- Represent the school in official meetings and educational forums.
School Development
- Work towards increasing admissions and student retention.
- Promote the school's vision, mission, and values.
- Lead initiatives for quality improvement and institutional growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any recognized discipline.
- B.Ed. mandatory.
- Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a school.
- Sound knowledge of CBSE norms and educational practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
