We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager who can lead operations, manage teams, improve business processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute strategically to the firm's growth.
This position is strictly for experienced professionals from the Wealth Management / Capital Markets / Financial Services industry.

Position Summary
The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the firm's operational excellence while leading a high-performing team, ensuring exceptional client service, maintaining regulatory compliance, streamlining processes, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end operational activities across all business verticals.
- Ensure seamless execution of Mutual Fund, Smallcase, Equity and other investment transactions.
- Manage client onboarding, account opening, documentation and transaction processing.
- Coordinate with AMCs, RTAs, Smallcase platform, Depositories, Brokers and other business partners.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation and process optimization.
- Ensure timely execution of client requests with minimal turnaround time.

2. Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor and supervise the Operations and Client Servicing team.
- Set performance goals and monitor KPIs.
- Conduct regular reviews and coaching sessions.
- Build a collaborative, client-centric and performance-driven culture.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence.

3. Client Relationship Management
- Ensure superior servicing for Retail, HNI, NRI and Corporate clients.
- Handle complex operational queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers and Advisors for smooth client servicing.
- Ensure prompt resolution of service issues.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and retention levels.

4. Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, Exchanges and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor KYC, FATCA, CKYC and documentation processes.
- Maintain audit-ready operational records.
- Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices.
- Coordinate during internal and external audits.

5. Business Coordination & Process Improvement
- Work closely with Management, Advisory and Sales teams.
- Prepare operational MIS, dashboards and management reports.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Support implementation of new products and technology platforms.
- Drive operational scalability for business expansion.
