Antheia Resort is a five-star luxurious boutique resort in the Pawna Lake region of Maharashtra. As we broaden our culinary team, we are seeking an all-rounder chef who can excel in a three-star restaurant setting, within a luxury boutique context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a wide range of dishes, ensuring consistency, quality, and a guest-focused experience.
- Oversee all sections of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service operations.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and ingredient standards.
- Innovate and adapt menus based on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Collaborate with the kitchen brigade, ensuring a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of culinary experience, with exposure to three-star or higher dining.
- Proficiency across multiple cuisines and menu innovation.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a guest-centric environment.
