Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support sales operations by preparing quotations, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between the Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and related documents.
- Coordinate with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Clients.
- Maintain records of quotations, orders, and customer communications.
- Follow up on order confirmations and payment status.
- Assist in preparing reports and sales-related documentation.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination or a similar role.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.
- Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, electrical, or related industries will be preferred.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in sales support or coordination roles preferred.
