Job Summary
DigitalVia Technologies is looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations. The candidate should have expertise in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, and HR administration, along with a good understanding of digital marketing roles and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring.
- Handle employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance management and leave management.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain HR MIS reports.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing profiles and hiring requirements.
- Knowledge of onboarding, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment portals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory)
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
