ABOUT THE ROLE
The hands that get HealthOS live. As a field agent, you will handle on-site deployment, onboarding and training at hospital and clinic sites across the city.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Visit hospital, clinic, laboratory and pharmacy sites for on-site deployment and setup.
- Train hospital staff — front desk, doctors, pharmacy and lab teams — to use HealthOS confidently.
- Assist with data entry / migration, device setup and go-live support.
- Provide first-line on-site support and troubleshooting, escalating issues to the core team.
- Collect user feedback and report field observations.
- Support the Sales Executive with demos and follow-up visits.
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any discipline; comfortable with smartphones, apps and basic computer use.
- Good communication skills in Assamese, Hindi and English; friendly and patient with users.
- Willing to travel locally and work on-site at hospitals.
- Reliable, organised and customer-oriented.
PREFERRED
- Prior field sales, support or health-camp experience.
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
ENGAGEMENT
A flexible freelance arrangement, engaged per deployment / assignment, with scope to grow as the hospital network expands.
Pay: ₹132,000.65 - ₹150,000.08 per month
