Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and ensure timely hiring of qualified candidates.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and goal-setting processes.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR operations.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Support organizational development, manpower planning, and succession planning.
- Advise managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
- Promote a professional, inclusive, and positive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification is preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in an HR Manager/HRBP role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- Good understanding of applicable labor and employment regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
