Position Title: Finance & Accounts Executive
Location: Govindpura, Kalwar Road, Jaipur
Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1.5 to 2 years

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The candidate should have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial documentation, GST compliance, and MIS reporting. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping activities
- Maintain purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries
- Prepare and maintain financial records and MIS reports
- Manage bank reconciliations and vendor reconciliations
- Assist in GST filing, TDS compliance, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal departments when required
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support monthly closing and reporting activities
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial transactions
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting is mandatory
- Post Graduation in Finance will be preferred
- CA Dropout candidates may also apply
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts preferred
- Experience working in a Limited Company will be considered an added advantage
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving approach

- Self-motivated and disciplined professional
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Comfortable working with deadlines and reporting structures
- Local candidates from Jaipur will be preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
