Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and target oriented Inside Sales Executive to handle lead generation, customer follow-ups, and sales conversion activities. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation
- Generate and connect with potential customers
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
- Convert leads into business opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Customer Handling
- Build and maintain relationships with customers
- Regularly follow up with new and existing clients
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing
- Support team activities and business operations
- Ensure timely customer support and communication
- CRM & Reporting
- Update customer details and lead status in CRM
- Maintain sales records and reports using MS Excel and Word
- Track follow-ups and sales progress regularly
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good customer relationship management skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and Word
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any discipline
- 2 – 3 years of experience in:
- Inside Sales
- Business Development
- Account Management
- Experience in B2B/B2C, SaaS, or EdTech industry is preferred

- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Team player with positive attitude
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
