We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a cluster of 3–5 Engineering Team Leads and drive people management, cross-team coordination, delivery, engineering standards, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will be a strong engineering leader who can work across multiple teams, resolve competing priorities, handle escalations, develop Team Leads, and ensure consistent engineering practices across the organization.

Manage and mentor 3–5 Team Leads, supporting their teams' performance, growth, hiring, and career development.
-
Own cluster-level planning, prioritization, capacity allocation, and delivery across multiple engineering teams.
