Sales Strategy & Business Expansion
Develop and execute national sales strategies for North India markets
Achieve revenue growth targets across regions
Identify new market opportunities and expansion territories
Drive retail, distributor, and franchise network growth
Channel & Dealer Network Management
Build and manage strong dealer / distributor / retail partner relationships
Appoint new channel partners across key North India cities
Monitor partner performance and profitability
Ensure timely collections and credit discipline
Team Leadership
Lead regional sales teams across multiple states
Set KPIs and monitor performance metrics
Mentor and develop high-performing sales leaders
Drive accountability and execution culture
Marketing & Brand Development
Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns
Coordinate with branding teams for promotions & exhibitions
Strengthen showroom visibility and retailer engagement
Support festive and seasonal sales campaigns
Market Intelligence
Track competitor strategies and pricing trends
Monitor customer preferences and buying behavior
Provide inputs for product development aligned with market demand
Business Planning & Reporting
Prepare annual sales budgets and forecasts
Review monthly performance vs targets
Submit strategic reports to top management

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
