Sr. Graphic Designer JD:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing designers, conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams and external clients. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple accounts for their social media, website & Marketing collaterals along with other team members
- Review the work of junior designers and provide specific feedback.
- Keep optimising the designing process to deliver quicker & Best output on creatives.
- Collaborate with Strategy & brand solutions team, to deliver designs for the pitches
- Create compelling and effective Social Media Posts, digital & print media requirements along with the other team members.
- Ensure designs follow brand guidelines
- Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind creatives/ad campaigns
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends, and should be curious to learn new tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design
- 5-7 years of experience in graphic & Visual design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills. Must speak in English fluently and coordinate with the Client team regularly.
- Strong Portfolio of work
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra
