*Postgraduate degree (M.A. in English) along with B.Ed. – both mandatory ● Excellent command over written and spoken English ● Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital tools ● Prior experience teaching CBSE board classes preferred
Key Responsibilities: ● Teach English Language and Literature with engaging and student-centered methodologies ● Design and deliver well-structured lesson plans, learning activities, and assessment tools ● Foster critical thinking, analytical reading, and effective writing skills among students ● Prepare students thoroughly for board examinations and competitive assessments ● Contribute to curriculum enrichment, school literary activities, and academic events ● Collaborate with colleagues to drive academic innovation and continuous improvement
