Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Caller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, confirming orders, resolving queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to orders, delivery, and customer queries
- Perform order confirmation calls (COD verification) before dispatch
- Manage abandoned cart calls to convert them into successful orders
- Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Handle customer complaints and escalations in a professional manner
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order status updates
- Maintain proper call records and CRM updates
- Follow up with customers for pending or failed deliveries
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce processes (order flow, returns, COD, etc.)
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in E-commerce / Logistics calling process
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
