Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager to manage and grow our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have experience creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and tracking content performance while working collaboratively with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop creative posts, reels, stories, and short-form video content aligned with brand objectives.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including scheduling posts and community engagement.
- Design graphics using Canva or similar design tools.
- Edit videos for social media campaigns and promotional content.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend relevant content ideas.
- Track content performance and prepare basic analytics reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across all digital platforms.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Design, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
