We are looking for a skilled and highly motivated Assitant Restaurant Manager to lead our daily operations. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and health and safety. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, optimizing financial performance, and ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations Leadership: Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service and high productivity.
- Guest Experience: Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints professionally, and build a loyal customer base.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a high-performing team. Create weekly schedules and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Financial Oversight: Manage labor costs, food waste, and operational budgets. Analyze sales reports to identify trends and implement strategies to increase revenue.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and sanitation standards.
- Inventory & Procurement: Oversee stock levels, order supplies, and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
- Marketing Support: Work with ownership to execute local marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and social media initiatives.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a Captain, or similar leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of restaurant P&L, labor cost management, and inventory control.
- Leadership: Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team and resolve conflicts.
- Soft Skills: Proven ability to lead with a "hospitality-first" mindset. You must possess exceptional communication skills and a naturally warm, smiling demeanor that remains consistent even under pressure.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in POS (Point of Sale) systems, restaurant management software, and basic MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
