Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Experience: 1-2 Years

Development industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals,
networking, and other channels.
Research potential clients and identify business opportunities.
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
Schedule meetings and introductory discussions with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and communicate company services effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, estimations, and project
discussions.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
Update and manage sales pipelines, lead databases, and CRM records.
Achieve assigned lead generation and business development targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of IT services and software development processes.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
