Job Overview:
A Tender Engineer is responsible for preparing and submitting bids for new projects by providing detailed technical input. They work closely with various departments including project management, design, procurement, and finance to ensure the bid is comprehensive, competitive, and aligns with company objectives. They analyze client requirements, interpret technical specifications, and support the creation of proposals that meet deadlines and compliance standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Candidate should be an Electrical Engineer having experience into Tendering and Estimation of Electrical tenders (Residential, Commercial & Government projects)
· Work with Business development team and company management to develop order winning strategy.
· Detailed study of Electrical tender documents, contract conditions, specifications and drawings.
· Preparing complete documentation as per tender requirement.
· Should know the MCC panel IS coding, MCC panel costing, SLD designing based on loads & as per site conditions.
· Preparing BOQs, methodology, Rate Analysis, Direct Cost, Indirect Cost, technical and commercial deviations, etc.
· Preparing proposals and Bidding / Quoting tenders for all kind of projects.
· HT& LT Electrical said experience mandatory,
· Attending techno Commercial Pre-Bid and Post-Bid meetings with clients/consultants and pre-bid meetings.
· Estimation, costing & bidding / tendering for all types of projects like Item Rate, Lump sum, Cost Plus, EPC / Turnkey, etc.
· End to end tender management during all online and offline participation
· Project coordination, management and execution (from line out to finishing with financial settlements) of Industrial, commercial & residential projects.
· Tender evaluation, Technical discussion, and Negotiation and Contract finalization. Basic project Planning & Scheduling, Order finalization and Procurement of major teams / materials of awarded Projects.
· Should be able to prepare the particular Projects budget, planning & schedule,
· To prepare detailed order handover documentation in timely manner for contract engineering and execution of contract by Projects/Engineering
· Site survey /investigation for different aspects before submitting tenders. Enquiries, negotiation and finalization of orders with suppliers / contractors of awarded project.
· Providing throughout support / information to execution team during execution of awarded projects for smooth functioning.
· Should have Basic skills of liasioning and CEIG,
· AP/TS Discoms said tender experience as an added advantage
Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Projects management or a related field.
- Proven experience in preparing and managing tenders in an engineering or construction environment.
- Previous experience in estimating, project engineering, or technical writing is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present proposals and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using tendering software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certifications in project management or tendering.
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement regulations.
- Familiarity with software tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and specialized tendering or cost estimation tools
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per month
