Experience: 4-5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
Job Type: Full-Time
preferred experience in PEB and Steel structure fabrication

Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Overall supervision and execution of civil construction works at site as per drawings, specifications and work order.
- Planning and scheduling of daily site activities, labour, material and machinery management.
- Checking of layout, levelling, alignment, reinforcement, shuttering and concreting works.
- Quality control - ensuring work is executed as per IS standards and client specifications.
- Preparation of daily progress report (DPR), weekly and monthly progress reports..
- Ensuring safety, security and compliance at site.Handling defect liability, rectification works and site documentation.
- Handling local labour, sub-contractors and site administration.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil execution, estimation, surveying, AutoCAD, and quality control.
- Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and measurement sheets.
- Good leadership, communication and team handling skills.
- Willing to travel and stay at project sites in North Bengal & North East
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
