Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and provide competitive freight quotations for Air, Ocean, and Road shipments.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents to obtain competitive rates.
- Maintain and update freight tariffs, carrier rates, and pricing databases.
- Analyze customer requirements and ensure timely submission of accurate quotations.
- Support the Sales team with pricing, rate negotiations, and tender responses.
- Monitor market freight trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service teams for seamless execution of shipments.
- Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and customer requirements.
Key Skills
- Knowledge of Freight Forwarding (Air & Ocean Freight).
- Understanding of import/export logistics and Incoterms.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and pricing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
