Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software, networks, and users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining system performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, and security patches.
- Configure and support Microsoft Windows environments and Office applications.
- Diagnose and resolve internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and software licensing.
- Ensure data backup procedures and cybersecurity best practices are followed.
- Provide user training and guidance on IT systems and applications.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel when required.Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills :
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
- Experience with remote support tools.
- Basic knowledge of server administration and virtualization.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system Salary

- Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
- Experience with Active Directory and user account management.
- Familiarity with antivirus, backup, and security solutions.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹9,486.92 - ₹40,430.93 per month
