1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees. Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and job portals.
2. Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters. Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and confidential manner. Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
3. Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and goal-setting. Coordinate with managers to ensure performance reviews are conducted regularly. Provide support for career development and training programs.
4. HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prepare HR reports, presentations, and documentation as required. Oversee timekeeping, leave management, and attendance tracking.
5. Employee Engagement:
Organize team-building activities, events, and other initiatives to enhance employee morale. Support surveys and feedback processes to gauge employee satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive work culture.
