Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to users, maintain computer systems, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop/laptop support (hardware & software troubleshooting)
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows)
- Diagnose and resolve system, printer, and network issues
- Support MS Office, email, and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi)
- Handle system formatting, upgrades, and backups
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs when required
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to users
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in desktop support (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and networking
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work on-site at Okhla Phase 2
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of antivirus, system security, and data backup
- Basic understanding of Active Directory (optional)
- Experience with printer and scanner troubleshooting
