The ideal candidate will act as a Website Consultant, interacting with international clients, understanding their business needs, and offering suitable web-based solutions while consistently meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell website solutions to inbound and outbound leads
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable website packages
- Drive conversions through calls, demos, follow-ups, and negotiations
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification to closure
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and conversion targets
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 1year of experience in website sales, digital sales, or outbound sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of websites, digital services, or online business solutions
- Target-driven mindset with a strong focus on conversions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment
