Job Summary
ONE7 India is looking for an E-commerce Order Fulfillment Executive to manage daily online orders and ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling order processing, packaging, and dispatch operations for multiple e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and verify daily customer orders from Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and other marketplaces.
- Pick the correct products based on order details.
- Perform quality checks before packing.
- Pack products securely using company packaging standards.
- Print and apply shipping labels and invoices.
- Prepare orders for courier pickup and ensure timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier partners for daily shipments.
- Update order status and maintain dispatch records.
- Handle return (RTO) orders, exchanges, and replacements.
- Report inventory shortages, damaged products, or order discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient packing area.
- Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and within the dispatch SLA.
Requirements
- 12th Pass or Graduate.
- 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse, or order fulfillment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of shipping labels, invoices, and courier dispatch processes.
- Basic inventory management experience.
