Job Title: Admission Counselor
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Admission Counselor to join our team. This is a key position responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process and representing our institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective students and parents
- Provide information about academic programs, campus facilities, and student services
- Guide students through the application process and admission requirements
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and follow-ups
- Attend college fairs and recruitment events to promote the institution
- Process applications and supporting documents
- Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors and educational partners
- Meet enrollment targets and contribute to institutional growth
- Assist with campus tours and information sessions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation with proven track record
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and evenings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in education or student services
- Knowledge of higher education admission processes
- Multilingual abilities
- Sales or marketing background

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
