What You’ll Do:
Engage with prospective students and parents to understand their educational goals, challenges, and motivations.
Conduct both individual and group counseling sessions to guide students through their decision-making process.
Identify and target potential customers through research, outreach, and networking.
Present and promote programs using strong communication and consultative selling techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build meaningful follow-ups that lead to enrollments.
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable with cold calling, target-driven roles, and managing high-volume outreach.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Self-starter mindset with a passion for education and helping others grow.
