Job Summary:
Sarvify Solutions is looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant with 2–3 years of experience in the manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, translating them into functional requirements, and implementing Odoo ERP solutions tailored to manufacturing operations.
You will work closely with clients to streamline processes such as production planning, inventory management, procurement, and quality control, ensuring successful ERP implementation and adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements from manufacturing clients and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and implement Odoo modules such as Manufacturing (MRP), Inventory, Purchase, Sales, and Quality.
Map existing manufacturing processes (BOM, routing, work centers, production planning) to Odoo workflows.
Conduct gap analysis and propose optimal solutions aligned with Odoo capabilities.
Collaborate with technical teams for customization and integrations, ensuring requirements are clearly documented.
Prepare functional documentation, including BRDs, FRS, and user manuals.
Conduct system demonstrations, user training, and UAT support.
Support data migration, system configuration, and go-live activities.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders, including clients, developers, and project managers.
Required Skills:
2–3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Functional Consultant in the manufacturing domain.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including MRP, BOM, routing, production planning, and inventory management.
Hands-on experience with Odoo modules such as MRP, Inventory, Purchase, and Sales.
Ability to perform requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
Experience in UAT, client training, and documentation.
Good understanding of ERP implementation lifecycle.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage client interactions effectively.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹41,000.00 per month
