English & Personality Development Trainer
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and confident English & Personality Development Trainer responsible for improving students’ communication skills, spoken English, confidence, grooming, soft skills, and workplace readiness. The trainer will conduct interactive sessions, activities, and assessments to prepare students for interviews and corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct Spoken English and PD training sessions
✔ Train students in communication, soft skills & interview preparation
✔ Improve vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation & fluency
✔ Conduct role-plays, mock interviews & group discussions
✔ Build confidence, grooming, body language & personality traits
✔ Prepare students for corporate presentations and public speaking
✔ Track student performance and provide feedback
✔ Maintain training records, attendance & progress reports
✔ Coordinate with placement & academic teams
✔ Guide students for resume building & workplace etiquette
Skills & Requirements:
✔ Strong English communication & presentation skills
✔ Ability to manage and engage classroom sessions
✔ Knowledge of corporate etiquette & interview standards
✔ Soft skills & confidence-building techniques
✔ Pleasant personality & positive attitude
✔ Training / Teaching experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
