The HR Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, employee engagement, statutory compliance support, and maintaining HR records. The role requires strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Selection
- Source candidates through job portals, references, and recruitment agencies
- Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment tracker and vacancy status
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, and joining documents
- Conduct employee induction and onboarding process
- Maintain employee personal files and HR records
- Ensure proper documentation for new joiners and exits
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and shift details
- Coordinate with payroll team for salary processing
- Verify attendance, overtime, and leave data
- Support full and final settlement process
HR Operations
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
- Maintain HR MIS reports and employee database
- Support performance appraisal and employee engagement activities
- Assist in implementing company HR policies
Compliance & Administration
- Support statutory compliance activities such as PF, ESIC, Bonus, and Labour Law documentation
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
- Ensure confidentiality of employee information and records
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
Qualification
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources preferred
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations or Recruitment
Preferred Industry
- Construction / Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Industrial Sector
Job Location
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
