Conducting initial assessments, recording weight/height, monitoring vitals
Assisting medical officers in OPD, setting up procedure trays, conducting wound dressings, and helping in sterile procedures.
Conducting vaccination drives.
Ensuring accurate documentation of patient data, treatment records, and reports.
