Location: ADYAR, Chennai.
Timing: 9.30 am to 7.30pm
Note: Previous experience in customer service or front office is an advantage.
Job Description:
We are hiring a Telephone Operator for our textile showroom in Chennai. The role involves attending customer calls, handling inquiries about products, offers, and discounts, and providing excellent service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Attend incoming calls and respond to customer queries.
- Share accurate information on fabrics, prices, discounts, and offers.
- Record customer details and pass information to the sales team when required.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any Degree.
- Fluent in Tamil and English with good communication skills.
- Polite, professional telephone manners.
