Role And Responsibilities
● Identify, map, and pursue new prospects.
● Build and maintain client relationships by offering support, information, and guidance.
● Share details with the sales coordinator for proposal preparation.
● Coordinate effectively with the internal team.
● Grow revenue from both new and existing clients.
● Collaborate with the backend team to ensure a smooth customer journey (lead to execution).
● Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.
Qualifications & Skills
● Bachelor’s Degree / MBA preferred.
● 2–5 years of sales experience in a relevant industry (paints, lighting, veneers, sanitary, etc.) with architects and interior designers.
● Excellent sales and customer service skills.
● Strong English communication (verbal & written).
● Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales software.
● Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
● Must have your own conveyance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
