Job Summary
Digi Epitome Technology is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and building strong relationships. This role involves a mix of field visits and office-based work, making it ideal for candidates who are confident in client interaction and on-ground sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, and online channels
- Visit potential clients for meetings, presentations, and deal closures
- Pitch and promote company services (digital marketing, software development, training programs)
- Convert leads into clients and manage the complete sales cycle
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or field sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfortable with field work and client meetings
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
Salary & Benefits
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
