Your Mission:
Build a talent engine that attracts, evaluates, and hires high-performing professionals across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, and Corporate Functions.

What You'll Own
- End-to-end recruitment across functions.
- Employer branding and talent pipeline creation.
- Campus, lateral, and leadership hiring.
- Interview frameworks and competency-based assessments.
- Recruitment dashboards, TAT, offer-to-joining conversion, and quality of hire.
- Building relationships with consultants, agencies, and passive talent.

We're Looking For
- 5–8 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Proven hiring success across multiple functions.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A builder's mindset with high ownership.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
