About the Role
We are looking for a confident and energetic Business Development Associate to join dynamic and growing IT team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, introducing SaaS-based products, generating interest, and supporting the sales pipeline through effective communication and lead management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers. Explain SaaS product features and benefits effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Communicate with prospects via Email and WhatsApp professionally. Prepare and share Minutes of Meetings (MOM) after client discussions. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM. Follow up with potential clients and nurture leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and lead generation targets.
- Generate and qualify leads through paid marketing campaigns and digital outreach initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Fluent English communication is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Eligibility:
- Any Graduate.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, customer service, business development, or sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
