Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Techno-Functional Consultant to drive the implementation, enhancement, integration, upgrade, and ongoing production maintenance of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications. In this role, you will bridge functional business needs with technical solutions, supporting core student administration processes and maintaining system stability.
What will your role look like
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.- Configure, customize, and support PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules including admissions, enrollment, academic records, curriculum, student financials, and financial aid.
- Design, build, test, and deploy application enhancements, interfaces, reports, and data conversions using PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and SQL.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate configuration-based or customized solutions.
- Develop technical designs, configuration documents, test scripts, deployment plans, and support documentation.
- Coordinate and conduct unit testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Participate in PeopleSoft and PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image adoption, patching, and retrofitting.
- Troubleshoot application, batch-processing, integration, and data-quality issues to perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
- Provide production support, handle service requests, and perform data conversion and reconciliation activities.

Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant working with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions applications.- Strong technical expertise in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and SQL.
- Deep functional knowledge of student administration processes such as admissions, enrollment, academic records, student financials, and financial aid.
- Demonstrated ability to perform fit-gap analyses, root-cause analysis, and end-to-end testing.
- Flexibility to work shift hours covering a 4-hour US overlap up to 11 PM IST.
