WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Non-negotiable
- 5 to 7 years in performance marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior role at a D2C brand, not an agency
- Managed paid budgets of 1 Cr or more per month, or contributed to scaling a D2C brand past 5 Cr per month in topline
- Deep hands-in-the-account experience across Meta and Google, not oversight
- Demonstrable creative strategy instinct backed by data and aesthetic preference
- Strong understanding of attribution and its limitations in a multi-channel environment
- Clear communicator who can translate performance data into decisions without context-setting
Strongly preferred
- Experience running paid campaigns in global markets, particularly the UK or Europe
- YouTube and video format experience, understanding how video works in the performance funnel not just for awareness
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for performance marketing including automated creative intelligence and anomaly detection
- Shopify-native, understanding how the storefront, product feed, and conversion tracking connect
- Experience building paid infrastructure in a fast-scaling startup while simultaneously running the live operation
Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
