Position: Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Nighoje, Chakan- Pune

Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Design the Piping & Instrumentation Diagram of a system
2. Technical Data sheet of instrument.
3. Total power consumption & air consumption list for the system
4. Selection of switchgear
5. Bill of Material of Panel
6. Input & Output list for PLC programming.
7. Main Panel to field instrument Cable schedule list
8. Main Control Panel GA internal layout design
9. Operating Panel, Pneumatic Panel, Weight indicator panel, Junction Box, HMI panel, Summing Box, etc, design
10. Main control panel internal Wiring
11. Modified document as per client comments.
12. Vendor’s Panel GA design check & approval
13. Follow up of Panel, switchgear, Nameplate, Cables, connector, glands
14. After wiring Panel & Panel wiring check as per drawing.
Documentation work:
1. Requisition of Instrument, switchgear, Panel, etc.
2. Control Philosophy.
3. Operation & maintained manual.
4. Spare List.
5. Dispatch List
6. Field Cable, Cable Tray, connector list, Cable gland list, etc
7. Coversheet
8. Main control panel & other Panel nameplate.
Technical Skill:
1. AutoCAD
2. Electrical CAD
3. SkyCAD
Education:
ITI/DEE/BE (Electrical /E & TC/Instrumentation)
Experience: 1 to 3 year
Salary: 15 k to 25 k
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
