About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers for the role of B2B Lead Generation Executive. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business clients, generating leads, and supporting the business development team for IT services.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential B2B clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, email outreach, and other platforms
- Send connection requests and introductory messages
- Maintain lead data in Excel/CRM tools
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team
- Perform market and competitor research
- Follow up with potential clients professionally
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and email communication
- Confident and proactive attitude
- Basic understanding of IT services is a plus
- Good research and internet browsing skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
