Job Summary
Westwind Shipping and Logistics is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead branch operations and drive business development activities for our Gandhidham branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall branch operations
- Lead and handle branch team
- Develop and grow business
- Acquire new clients & maintain relationships
- Monitor sales targets & branch performance
- Coordinate with operations & ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- 8–15 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership & business development skills
- Good communication & negotiation skills
