About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives. The role involves interacting with UK and international students, understanding their academic needs, providing guidance, and helping them choose suitable services offered by Tutorment.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in sales, counselling, and international student relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with UK and international students through calls, chats, and emails
- Understand student requirements and provide appropriate guidance
- Assist in pre-sales counselling and lead conversion
- Explain Tutorment services clearly and professionally
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students
- Build positive relationships and trust with students
- Update lead records and maintain communication history
- Work towards achieving individual and team targets
Requirements
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Confident, positive, and professional personality
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills
- Strong willingness to learn sales and counselling
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
