About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations and ensure smooth, hassle-free functioning across all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily hotel operations and staff.
- Ensure smooth functioning of Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments.
- Monitor guest experience, service quality and operational standards.
- Handle staff coordination, scheduling and basic performance management.
- Manage vendors, inventory and day-to-day operational requirements.
- Address guest concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain proper communication and reporting to the Owner.
- Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely completion with minimal supervision. Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel/hospitality management.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple operational responsibilities.
- Professional attitude with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Candidates with experience in independent hotels/resorts will be preferred.

Experience: At least 3 to 5 years handling daily floor operations, staff scheduling, and customer service,monitor daily cash flow and billing.
Financial Skills: Ability to monitor and execute billing as well as closing cash, control food/beverage costs, manage inventory, monthly perfomance summary and workforce management.
Compliance: General knowledge of FSSAI hygiene guidelines and local labor regulations, Any degree/Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management (BHM)(preferred).
Expected Salary Range: Monthly salary starting from ₹30,000 sometimes paired with performance-based sales incentives.
Language proficiency: English,Tamil,Hindi.
