Job Title: Tele Caller Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products and services, and assisting in lead generation. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle customer inquiries effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions to customers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Record and update customer information in the database accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for the sales team as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone manner.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
- Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
