About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Compliance & Tax Specialist to manage and execute client engagements involving entity setup, corporate compliance, trademark/IP registrations and global indirect taxation.
The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, sound knowledge of corporate and tax processes, and the ability to independently manage multiple client assignments across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage entity incorporation and setup across domestic and international jurisdictions.
- Handle ongoing corporate compliance and statutory requirements for entities.
- Coordinate trademark registrations and IP-related filings, including documentation and timelines.
- Support global indirect taxation requirements including GST, VAT, sales tax and related registrations/compliance.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, legal professionals and internal teams where required.
- Track compliance deadlines, filings and renewals to ensure timely completion.
- Review client requirements, identify documentation gaps and coordinate closure.
- Prepare reports, trackers and MIS for ongoing engagements.
- Maintain accurate records across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in corporate compliance, entity management, taxation, IP/trademark services or a related professional-services environment.
- Working knowledge of corporate entity setup and compliance processes.
- Understanding of GST / VAT / global indirect taxation is strongly preferred.
- Experience with trademark/IP registration and compliance will be an advantage.
- Strong Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF functions, data reconciliation and reporting.
- Excellent documentation, analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, deadlines and jurisdictions simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
Preferred Background
Candidates from CA firms, CS firms, tax advisory firms, corporate service providers, legal/IP firms, compliance consultancies or international business advisory firms are preferred.
What we're looking for
Someone who can independently manage compliance work, understand the regulatory requirement behind the task, maintain accuracy across multiple entities and proactively track deadlines—not someone who simply executes instructions or updates trackers.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
