Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM database. (mainly for Existing customers - new products)
- Develop, execute, and analyze CRM initiatives across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to feed date and automate workflows
- Samples receipt, trials, approval documents to get for ongoing projects
- Connect with field sales person & provide desire support (To & Fro)
- Keep track of Samples conversion & loss record
- Suggest improvements based on data and customer feedback
- Monitor data collection practices and improve segmentation and targeting.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, customer support, and product teams to align CRM efforts
- Cost working on basis of Master sheet & Quotation submission
- Sales Goal & Project backend activities
- Prepare and maintain MIS.
- Payment receivables and GRN control (Analyze report from Sales team)
- Undertake field visit as required and provide support for logistics.
Experience: 2-6 Years. Previous experience in Manufacturing will be preferable.
Education: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate. Should be good in English and Excel skills.
